Sir This is about replacement of a Samsung faulty fridge received vide flipkart Order ID 124827323209546000 dated 1.4.2022 . Your three promised dates of replacement of the faulty samsung fridge that is t 13th May 19th May and atlast24th May expired without any result. Actually what is your intention isn’t quite clear.Took away our good LG refrigerator 210 litres. Gave a faulty one. Denied replacement thrice.If you can’t deliver the item please refund our amount so that we can buy a new one from market. Or return our old fridge.How will you compensate for troubles you put us by denying a replacement order worth Rs25000 since about one month. Also have to bear the difficulties of not having a fridge as a working lady. GEETHA M
