I had purchased ‘Morphy Richards 28 L Otg Microwave Oven – 28 RSS , Black’ product from paytm mall on 11th Jan 21. On 18th Jan 21 the product was delivered to me. I had made a video before opening the parcel and found the product was damaged externally. On 18th Jan 21 I had requested for replacement with damage picture. On 29th Jan 21 the return was rejected stating “We tried to reach you but were unable to connect with you. Owing to lack of the supporting documents, which are a must for processing the return request claims, hence the return request for this order is rejected.” But I was never contacted via mail or phone for additional information. Now the customer care is not helping on this issue.
