Text of Complaint by Rajeev Kumar Gupta:

I ordered the Sony Xperia X battery from Amazon India on 8th August 2023 and wrong battery was delivered on 18th August 2023, after that I initiated the replacement process on same time after 1 week of un pick up of product I called Amazon customer care they initiated the pick up process but it is now 7th September 2023 no one from Amazon pick up the product to initiate the refund process
