I Had purchased a smartwatch of FireBoltt on 27th October 2021 but on 11th Arpil 2022 it has stopped working (on/off issue) it’s in warranty period. I dropped a mail to the FireBoltt and did the complaint and they were cooperating with me through email and arranged the reverse pickup. I have returned them the watch along with charger and box everything on 7th May and now they sent me a mail on 26th May that my ticket resolved and they have closed my complaint without return my watch and after that I am continuously sending them email and calling on customer care number but no response from them. When I check their Facebook page alot of customers were messaging and commenting the same problem on their post that means they are doing same with everyone i am not the only one.
I request you to please take some action as they are doing fraud to everyone.
