Hello Consumer Forum Team,
I’m facing this issue with Flipkart team since the product been delivered and that too faulty product whicg will be proved if someone verify for legel step.
But while I tried for replacement or refund, there is no button on this product been showing even though it is mentioned 7 days replacement.
I co-operated and co-ordinated as per there advise , they said button soon going to visible, or replacement soon going to take place but this is 14th September no update.
Instead I requested to cancle the transaction from your end, that too they are not doing instead asked me to provide bank details and ask my bank to cancle it out.
Whereas my bank said until and unless Merchant cancle the transaction EMI is going to deduct for 3 months, 1 month is already in process 2 more months left, plus EMI interest is deducting…even though it’s no cost emi.
Kindly do the needful.
I’m loosing my money.
