I bought 5 fans on 20 March, 2 out of these were not working , I did put return requests for 2 fans on 26 March… one fan I got in replacement on 2nd April , but not another one… your customer care said that return request has been cancelled by agent ( I don’t know why ) … it has been more than 10 days in hot summer & I have called many times
