Text of Complaint by Hemant Warhade:

I had ordered a Nokia 5.3 Android one 4gb ram 64gb rom which I received on 21st January as a faulty. So I placed a replacement for the same at earliest and return the same product to Amazon delivery executive on 23rd of January. I was told that I would receive on replace item on the same day which I didn’t received till date. After that continuously following up with the customer service representative for 5 consecutive days I am receiving just comments “wait for 24 hours or wait for 48 hours”. It’s been more than 5days and the status is still not updated with us. When called customer care executive they said return policy is for 10 days and then only Amazon can initiate refund policy. But when I checked Amazon site it shows a 7 days policy, that product will be replaced and received within 7days. The reference link for replacement policy “Amazon.in Return policy–> Mobile (new&renewed)”.

Your customer care executive are providing us with false and incomplete information. All in all I need a immediate replacement of my product or either my refund should be initiated ASAP.
