My name is Sharafali C I , i have an issue with the Fire Boltt company.On 19.04 2022 i ordered for FIRE BOLTT smart watch BSW024 from amazon.in website. But within 1 month itself watch was not working well. It was continuously restarting automatically . So i issued for replacement of the damaged product through their complaint registering mail( infocare@boltt.com).And the product was picked up on 9.05.2022 ,but after that no replacement of the product was done by the company till date. Multiple Mails were sent to them regarding the issue but no proper response or solution received from their side. So i kindly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative .
