Text of Complaint by Soumen Sau:

I have purchased a chair cover. But when I applied for a return they asked me for an SL code which is not included in the product. There is no price tag attached except for a logbook. I have called 4 times on customer care but issue not solve yet but they marked it as an issue solved. Still, I have been facing challenges with it.
