I have placed order for SAMSUNG 253L FROST FREE DOUBLE DOOR 3 STAR convertible

The defected product was delivered at the delivery place , the defected part of product was covered under Thermocol sheet and was ask not to remove that thermocol sheet till the technician arrives , the technician arrived next day and on removal of the Thermocol sheet we saw this defected part we placed replace request immediately

We followed up several times on the tracking section to get an update we several times request for call to the concerned person the replacement tract did not move further then the visit of technician which must have happened on 3rd April 22 but the executive answered several times that we are not able to access your replace request we also raised several issues which got resolved automatically without any solution we have again raised replacement request and attaching below the pics of defects the product has on day of delivery please try to resolve out problem as soon as possible orelse we’ll be forced to register the complaint in Grievence..
