Text of Complaint by Amit Kasaudhan:

Customer orderd the laptop from Flipkart on 07/10/2023 and the product got delivered on 09/10/2023 after turning on the laptop the customer found flickering in display of laptop then he tried to raise a replacement request for the product but the site of Flipkart was not working till 12/10/2023 due to which customer was unable to raise replacement request but on 13/10/2023 complaint raised but till now (30/10/2023) Flipkart has not provided the resolution for the problem and customer request the brand(ASUS) for technician visit and technician visit was done on 12/10/2023 and the technician found the laptop defective so he provided a DOA letter to Customer and sealed the laptop in original brand box with brand’s seal, the images of DOA letter and Sealed box image is attached. So Flipkart is hereby directed to solve the problem of customer as soon as possible. Because the customer is very much upset.
