Dear sir/madam,
My airtel sim is corrupted or damaged and showing no networks. I talked to airtel customer care helpline no and they said that I have to replace sim from airtel store or any airtel retailer and you will be charged 20 rupees for the duplicate sim. I had gone to airtel retailer and now he is asking 150 rupees for the same. I talked to him pleasantly about the money he is charging and he argued and behaved so rudely.
Please take strict action against him.
