I brought Earbuds which have sound quality defect on it .. it’s sound is different from it’s Other piece which my brother brought before me! So i Requested Replacement to Flipkart.1st 2 weeks they just give me time to wait for processing then there was no Technician visit and automatically my Request is rejected! And there was no option of re-requesting! Thereafter i tweet on Twitter & then the process re-begain and now they told me that the 7days replacement was for company! Hence i have to go to its service center…… Service center distance is 45+km from my home!!means i have to spend more money then then the product which was not even my fault, If i have to do that then why i ordered Online! & if i have to do this at last then why they waited me for last 1month why not before 7days!
