I HAVE PURCHASED AMAZON ONLINE Ordered on 20 August 2022 Order# 406-3905647-9805960 WHICH IS DELEVERED ON 24.08.2022 AND ON MR. LAKSHMANA KUMAR SAMSUNG ENGINEER CAME AND INSTALLED THE TV ON THAT TIME ONLY TV WORKING AFTER 10 MINUTES WE ONCE AGAIN SWITCH ON THE TV IT IS NOT WORKING I IMMEDIATELY CONTACT MR. LAKSHMANA KUMAR AND ONCE AGAIN CAME AND CHECK THE TV AND HE SAID IT IS TV SET FAULT SO PLEASE PROCEED REPLACEMENT THEN HE PROVIDE ANOTHER SAMSUNG MANAGER NUMBER AND CONTACTED HIM HE ALSO SAID IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE ANY TV YOU CAN DIRECTLY CONTACT ANY SHOW ROOM AND GET NEW TV AS YOU LIKE AND I ALSO RAISE COMPLIENT TO THE AMAZON RETURN OF TV THROUGH ONLINE THEN I GOT A CALL FROM AMAZON SERVICE CENTRE AND SHE INFORMED ME SOME ONE COME AND CONFIRM AND COLLECT THE SAME FOR REPLACEMENT BUT TILL NOW NO ONE COME HERE FOR REPLACEMENT OF TV KINDLY PROVIDE THE CONSUMER REQUIREMENT TO REPLACE OR EXCHANGE THE NEW TV AS ORDERED IMMEDIATELY THANKING YOU
