Product ordered via order Id: OD224790215047259000 on 27-04-2022 and delivered on 30-04-2022.
Product was found defective as the screen started flickering and blinking after using for around 2 days. After few days screen became dead. Return issue was raised on 06-05-2022 as the return and replacement date mentioned was upto 07-05-2022. The request was accepted on 11-05-2022 for replacement but the replacement got cancelled on 15-05-2022, then again issue was raised for replacement and it was updated on 20-05-2022 but again on 21st the replacement request was cancelled. Now again they are giving dates and excuses that backend team will call on or before 27-05-2022. I therefore ask for immediate resolution of the issue and also seek a compensation for mental harassment.
