I have received wrong product by Amazon. After filing complaint we got a date about replacement, pick up guy came and picked up the product but we didn’t get the replacement product and in amazon app it shows item delivered .we tried reaching delivery guy ,he is giving some lame reasons. We tried taking help of escalation team but even they are taking long time
