I had purchased boult audio airbass x1 buds from amazon on 30/07/2022 order id- 171-7950690-4870753 and from last 10days earbuds had noise disturbance so I contacted boult by email and got mail from them sent me links of some couriers and told me to send from anyone and they will refund me 100rs by paytm, i couriered buds on 13/05/2023 and on 18/05/2023 they received by delhivery courier service, i got confirmation mail also but i am not getting any response from company infact i got one in that they want proof of delivery in that they want exotic company stamp, really don’t know how to contact them and get my product back, please help me
