Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the issue I have been facing with a faulty smartwatch that I purchased from your company. I had high expectations from the product, but unfortunately, it turned out to be defective.
As soon as I realized the watch was not working correctly, I immediately contacted your customer service team and returned the product as per your instructions. However, I have not received a replacement in good condition or a refund for my purchase until now.
I understand that these issues can sometimes occur, but I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process and provide me with a solution as soon as possible. I believe that a timely resolution to this matter will help maintain our business relationship.
