Text of Complaint by Shivam Dixit:

Purchased Honor 6x from flipkart order no-OD113418686930750000, 13999RS,DATE OF PURCHASE 19 SEP 2018, PRODUCT WAS FAULTY AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY SO I RETURN THAT. First time they refuse to return after that again when i complaint they accept the replacement and given me timeline for 3oct to deliver. but till date that didnt delivered. Again when i call to customer care they give again timeline of 8oct. When i asked for refund they told that if corier boy come you can refuse to take and it will cancel. But now they are giving again 12 oct for delivery and not accepting for refund.I am very disappointed and dont want to take product.
