I have been seeking since the last month to return and refund but there is no solution.
Flipkart’s customer support officers have been telling lie and cheating me since the last month in the name of replacement and refund,every giving a extended date and cancelled it by the company end ,why should I not take in court to Flipkart. Company’s customer care officers treats with me like goons ,I felt that Flipkart is not so promising,either it’s employees are not capable or company is shutting down it’s business in India . In the last one month ,I have made call to Flipkart customer support officers. They always kept false promises and give a new extended refund date while nobody came to pick it up the product. Afterall this is case like online plundering and fraudulently. I promise to Flipkart to teach a lesson for its mischievous and unethical behaviour and deeds. Yogendra Singh
