I ordered the Hercules Top Gear A29 bike on November 13, 2021, and it was purchased on November 23 and delivered to me on November 26, and I opened the package and fitted the bike to see that the gear and brakes were very defective.And I only see the defect and send a replacement request on November 26th.I was then informed via email from Flipkart that in order to send the ID proof, I sent the Aadhaar card both side picture two to three times as valid ID proof that afternoon.Then on 29th November my replacement request was rejected and the reason given was ID proof invalid. But I gave my valid ID proof.On 29th November, I send the replacement request again and when asked to send the ID proof again, I send the voter and Aadhaar ID again. But that replacement request was rejected on November 30 for the same reason.Then again on November 30th I send a replacement request with ID proof and no further reply, and when I contact the customer support team they just say ‘we are updating your request to get your approval soon’ but nothing is happening.And I will not see this replacement option after the last replacement day on 3rd December tomorrow and if I reject the request again, I will not be able to send the request anymore.Please receive my complaint and provide appropriate penalties for customer harassment to the seller and customer support team for not providing accurate information for defective product delivery. And my replacement request approves without being rejected again and again and picks up the bad product with good product delivery so that you can arrange it. Because my Big Cycling event is December 5th.
