Hi I have purchased a laptop internal hard disk ned “Seagate 1TB Barracuda” from Amazon platform. The hard disk is not able to detect by laptop and also heating. Also last date to replace mentioned on site is 5th of august 2022. So I have talked with amazon customer care for support and replacement. But they denied and say the date to replace the product is over. Please help. I have attached the screenshot for the refrence.
