I updated my KYC on the fast tag NHAI app on 2-07-2023. I sent an email on 5-07-2023 to notify that I couldn’t add money to my wallet and not able to log in because OTP was not receiving. I got a reply that it would take a maximum of 7 days to update the KYC. As my Fasttag wallet was low in balance and could get it recharged so I send another email on 5-7-2023 but not got a reply. I sent an email on 8-7-2023 to notify same things but I was informed that the fast tag got blocked so recharge could not be done. Then I made a call on 1039 on 8-7-2023 to resolve this issue where I got complaint no. 8358192 and the customer care executive assured me that the technical team would call me as soon as possible but I did not get any call so I again called on 1030 then I was provided another complaint no. 8380676 and I was informed that the previous complaint was incomplete. Even though I didn’t get any call from the technical team so I called 1039 on 14-06-2023 and I was provided another complaint no. 8388520 and the customer care executive told me the last complaint was closed from their side even though I didn’t get any call and my issue was not resolved. During the meantime, I called multiple times on 1039 but my problem was not resolved, I informed that I had to pay double toll tax charge on because my fast was blocked
