We are using tata sky digital tv connection. Currently we have to face very much harassment for this. On 11th April we lodge a complaint for sudden no signalling on the set top box which we have changed before 5-6 months. The tech assistant came and changed the set top box with another (which I don’t know wheather new or old because no any warranty card or any new box) with a charge of 150/- rupees as the set top box is on warranty period. Again on 21st April within 10days same problem occur. Again suddenly no signal. And they are saying again we have to pay 150/- if the tech assistant come. How many time we have to pay this 150/- for their mistakes!! In this crisis time why we allow the outsider to enter at home. Please help me.
