Dear Sir,

Sorry for bothering you with a trivial issue.

I SINCERELY BELIEVE your kind intervention shall resolve my issue.

Return pick-up for one of my purchase orders bearing Order # 406-2363910-0545149 is getting inordinately delayed despite my return request having been approved on 15th June itself by your esteemed Company Amazon. When i chatted with your Customer Care Team, i was given a stock reply to relodge my return request. Despite my several tries to relodge my return request, i could not do so because there is no provision given therein for relodging return request.

Sir, I am a very long standing customer of Amazon, almost now for a decade, carrying a strong purchase history from Amazon, Further, all my family members have individual purchase relationships with Amazon. We all have developed a strong bonding with Amazon.
Since i felt that the resolution for my issue is getting unnecessarily dragged upon, Sir, i took a call of seeking seeking your kind direct help and intervention.
Sir, Once again I request for the kind intervention of your good-self so that immediate resolution to my issue is ensured.
