My name -Mridul Pokhriyal.
I ordered a poco c3 phone via flipkart 23rd march, 2021.
The phone was defected so i asked for a replacement.
The replacement arrived on 4th april was also defected.
Now, from that day I’ve been trying to ask for a refund.
I’m trying to be patient, but the flipkart executives have cancelled my refund requests 3 TIMES already.
Every time the request gets raised, it gets cancelled for unnecessary stupid reasons.
For eg:
First Time – the seller can’t provide refund now, so they cancelled my request without telling time.
Second time – The Flipkart agent raised a wrong reason in my complaint. Thus, we had to cancel the WHOLE request instead of changing the reason.
Third Time – The technician “Called me” but i didn’t pick up so they cancelled my request.
When i say Call, what i mean is – I’ve Told flipkart executives to converse on mail, but no; they have to Call specifically.
Fine, but they have to only call on my registered no. – 9********* ; even after i told them countless times to prefer my alternate no. – 9**********.
Now, OK. You want to call only, no mails, and call on my registered no. only.
Fine.
But what these people do, they call for hardly a second, and before even the bell can ring, they cut the phone.
And then complain that the customer isn’t answering the calls.
No matter whether my phone is in Network Area or not, i can never get a proper call.
Please help me. It has been a Very Tiring Unpleasant Disturbing Experience.
