As usual, I had paid my postpaid bill payment of Rs.294/- through net banking on 07.08.2020 vide reference No. 109926440895IGAJCYBXX8 according to the reminder for payment through SMS received from Airtel and the above amount has been debited from my account favouring ‘INB Bharti Airtel Ltd’. Even after making the required payment on time, repeated reminders are being received through SMS as well as through voice message while making calls frequently from my Airtel mobile number, resulting in inconvenience and delay in making calls.
It is requested to kindly verify the above Airtel mobile bill payment made by me from the system and remove the reminders being sent and played while making calls.
An early favourable action is solicited please.
