I recharged my number(9663893546) for Rs.49(smart recharge) through State Bank of India internet banking on 16 July and again on 23 July. Both attempts were successful and screenshots are attached for your reference. In both cases the number was not recharged and my services remain suspended.
I request you to activate services to my number with immediate effect and refund the duplicate payment.I am missing very important calls to my number. Matter most urgent.
