I am writing this with a heavy heart to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by Jio Fiber over the past four days. Despite my repeated calls—ten in total—to your customer care and raising multiple complaints, my network issues remain unresolved. Each time, my complaints have been closed without my knowledge, and no technician has effectively addressed the problem.
The impact of these disruptions has been devastating. I have lost my job due to the inability to maintain a reliable internet connection. This job was my primary source of income, essential for supporting my family, and losing it has caused me significant emotional and financial distress.
I am pleading for your immediate intervention to rectify this situation. Additionally, I demand compensation of INR 40,000 for the financial loss and the undue stress caused by your unreliable service.
