Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the ongoing issues with lectures provided by PW CA Wallah, which are significantly affecting our learning experience.
Firstly, the classes are scheduled as long-term sessions from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. However, the lectures being uploaded are, on average, only around 1 hour in duration, which is far less than the actual class timings.
In particular, on 31st January 2026, the class was conducted from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM, but the lecture uploaded was only 50 minutes long. This large mismatch between class duration and uploaded content is causing incomplete coverage of topics.
Secondly, I would like to highlight a serious audio issue. From 15th January 2026 till today (31st January 2026), almost all uploaded lectures have severe audio problems. The voice is either breaking frequently or completely inaudible, and in some lectures, the audio is not available throughout the entire session. Due to this, it is extremely difficult to understand the concepts being taught.
I have already reported this issue to the PW Support Team via email, but despite multiple days passing, the problem has still not been resolved.
I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and ensure:
Full-length lectures are uploaded as per the scheduled class timings.
