have purchased a Honda Hyness CB 350 Bike on 13th Oct 2021 from Honda Big Wing ,Trivandrum.I have completed the first service of the vehicle on 13/11/2021 from Honda Big Wing Trivandrum.From thereon I am facing repeated issues with my bike.
Firstly the bike had starting issues and indication lights were not getting on.I had raised a Road side assistance and vehicle was taken to Honda Big Wing Trivandrum.The service personnel contacted me that battery is complaint and the same was replaced on 25th May 2022
Secondly right after two weeks of battery replacement ie on 13th June 2022,chain sprocket issue came up.I had to again take the bike to service centre to replace the sprocket wherein they had charged me Rs 2466.96.Please note that the bike didn’t even complete 1 year of purchase when both the issue was detected.
Thirdly ,after completion of 1 year ie on 5th December the bike was detected with starting issues.I contacted Honda Big Wing Trivandrum and they asked me to take Road Side Assistance.Unfortunately my Road Side Assistance policy got expired and they refused to take my bike.Then one service personnel of the showroom arranged the pick up and informed that battery is defective and the same needs to be replaced.This issue came up right after third service done on October 22nd 2022.Currently the bike is with Honda Big Wing Trivandrum.
This is completed negligence from the part of the service personnel that they failed detect the issue during the third service.Also this is second time battery is getting replaced.I was surprised to see such defective bikes are sold by such a reputed company.
