I purchase a new internet connection from Airtel Sep 2022. Every month I’m getting an internet disconnect issue. it’s affecting my job and task performance. when I call to customer care regarding this issue they said “it’s your area issue it has some wire cut issue will resolve it between 2 to 4 Hr” but company management does not accept this reason and said ” You will lose your job if you do not complete your work on the time. so this is the issue with me please help me in this case.
