Text of Complaint by Aashima Ekka:

My phone number (9811613766) is on a family plan worth Rs. 1199 with Airtel. It has 3 child nos. under the family plan. From past three months, Airtel is sending me incorrect bill by adding a separate plan value for a child number. I have notified this to them in the very first month, they rectified the bill by waiving off the incorrect extra amount. This was repeated consecutively for 3 bill cycles. For the third time, I asked them for a compensation. They are still adamant on just waiving off the extra amount, and are not providing any compensation.
