Vi is falsely billing me since 3 months. they give any lame reasons like excess internet usage or change in plan or 5 numbers in a family plan instead of 3. i have rebutted all their claims with suffecient proofs in respect of their claims for fiest 2 months against which they accepted their mistake and refunded 500. but this time i received even greater bill. this time they told me that i have 5 numbers in my family plan which are 9326******, 9421******, 9145******, 9421******, 9145******. yes they have repeated 2 numbers twice. they also told me that i have changed my plan which i have not. it was told to me that they can process refund once in 3 months. Kalyani the senior executive told me that the plan was changed by the store. i asked her that i how can i be charged for any changes made by the store without my consent. for which she said that my bill is correct even if the change is made by the store. she had no details of my consent for change of plan as i didnt asked for any change. i have subscribed to 799+gst family plan for 3 members. though i am being falsely and fraudulently charged again and again.
