bought an Iron of the model Usha EI 1602 LW (Sl no – QI380852297) on 04.11.2019 from Amazon.in. But from the date of purchase the Iron is causing problem either in Thermostat or in internal wires. I Have lodged several complaints regarding the same. Engineer visited and repaired the item
but it didn’t last for more than a day each time. The complaints are IC1902200005, IC1902200006, CC1902264514, IC1901170035, CC1905210399. Also whats so ironic from Usha is, every time only one engineer visited my address and sometimes set the Heat Nob in wrong
direction, sometimes the item gets faulty within one days use. That pathetic the repairing was. I guess i have been harassed quite enough fro Usha team. This was really not expected from a company of your repute. Now I need full replacement or my money back. Also please note, just after latest fault occurred, when i contacted the engineer, he informed that he will tag the item as non-repairable. He cant do anything more. Hence you are requested to immediately take action for replacing the whole item or returning my money.
