I had placed an order in instamart at 9:45 today on 24th Feb 2023 choosing immediate delivery option in which they said they will deliver within 15 to 20 min. But it wasn’t delivered even after one hr. It’s not the first time . This has happened before too. The customer service chat is of no use as they simply ask us to wait or cancel the order after waiting for this long. It’s like giving fraudulent promised and making customers to select the option paying extra money just to deliver soon . But it will be delivered only when they wish to. If they cannot honour what they write then it’s like making a fool of the customer and the only intension behind this option is to lure customers into paying extra for immediate delivery when they have no intention to do that.
