Text of Complaint by Sagar:

I had taken a policy from Pramerica Life Insurance in December 2018, and have made it reduced paid-up (in which I don’t have to pay the premium anymore) in December 2021. However, I am still getting calls and SMSs from the company to pay the premium amount, even after repeatedly asking them to not call.
