This is Bhupa Reddy Padala. I have taken loan Rs.1500 from iKarza … For this i have paid Rs. 2040 on last repayment date 04.04.2021 to the account number that has in iKarza app itself through phonepay…After payment i uploaded the screenshot of payment and given UTR number But app is not updating repayment status. From that day to till date app is showing that “your transaction order is uploaded and platform is verifying your repayment please be patience”.. Overdue fee is increasing day by day… I already given complaint to the mail id given in app… but no response from that side.. no proper customer service is also available… Please make sure that to co-operate me to get the loan closing certificate/ loan repayment successful status in app from the iKarza…
