Sir,
Myself Joseph, I have ordered a Yamaha psr sx600 workstation with blueberry case which costs Rs53,000 on 04 June 21 through my Amazon account. I prepaid the full amount.

On 19 June, I have received the keyboard without blueberry case,then I enquired about the case. Amazon consulted the seller regarding the case. Seller not responded. Then Amazon filed the A to z claim. The full amount returned to me.
Then seller ordered the blueberry case through Amazon. I received the case.
Now I have the keyboard,blueberry case and amount.
I consulted many times regarding this issue to Amazon customer care.no response from them.
My quiry is I want to return the amount to Amazon.
I hope you will solve this issue.
