I have taken loan under the loan platform named Snapit loans were they provided some lenders names and under the loans I take a 7000 loan from Onehope and the payment was on 26/12/2020 and I have already paid the loan amount on the due date but at the apps. it’s not reflecting and I mistakenly paid the amount twice too.And till now they are charging fees for overdue and now reaches more than Rs.10000.Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
