Wardrobe wasordered in March after making the payment of 11,999 through Hdfc Credit card and the ordering was cancelled and returned before unpacking as the item was more damaged than shown, repayment has not been done yet it’s been more than 45 days spoke to Customer care on 8th May nothing seems to be done. Requesting for immediate repayment and if the bank charges interest for the amount borrowed Zefo has to pay for delay in repaying the money.
