I made a repayment for lazy pay amount of INR 571.00 on 18.03.2022. But as per lazy pay they haven’t received any payment and I got a message that payment failed . It is already deducted from my bank account. Trying to contact lazy pay customer care but unable to connect. They mentioned in the message that amount will be refunded with in 3 days and till now I didn’t got my amount and they blocked my lazy pay account and charging late fee daily .I need my amount back and also need a compensation of Rs. 200 per day from the day of payment (18.03.2022) till complaint resolving day, as they failed to return my amount within 3 days. Please resolve this immediately.
