please help me, I Am Rasmi Ranjan Behera, my Order number-19613520230831144659983512. repayment Amount 3600+ penalty , 8 Sep 2023 calling me your loan recovery agent Roshani Ravi Rajput Mob-8381968440 and talking with me repayment without penalty but i talk to agent special loan app under karta loan through paying but remove penalty then paying. suggest paying through app full amount. and without pay penalty send me one link and 1 or 2days on reflect your app and i paid (3600/-) this amount. Please find the attachment. but still unable to deduct loan amount karta loan application. Please suggest and help.
