I repaid Rupees 400 and same amount has been debited from my account today morning around 8Am.The repaid amount is not showing in my freo pay account. Shall I get a refund or will it be adjusted? I’m very worried about my payments. Kindly give a proper resolution. freo pay does not responding to my mail.
last month also one of my family member faced same problem she paid bill on time but they charged wrong late fee again she paid 2times with wrong late fee till today also they are charging , unnecessarily she wasted her money they didn’t respond to her mail also
Worst customer service they didn’t even respond to our mail since 1month we are seeing no response
Please resolve the problem
