I have done the repayment in the simpl app way before the deadline and the money got cut from my bank account but simpl says they have not received the money. Even i have checked my bank statement until recently but i have no signs of the money getting back to me. So they are just levying late fee without the settlement of my already paid bill. And they are making continuous calls and messages. They do not have a number to talk when we need to inform them something but they will call from computerized numbers using a robot who just talks to ask us to pay the bill and doesn’t listen to any of our concern. But i have made time to write a mail to simpl. And they have replied that it will be settled in 4 working days. So i waited but nothing happened and i kept getting calls and messages. And now they are sending me some notice for the bill that i have already paid. Such a fraud company
