I have taken loan from diffrent apps , cash advance, wallet payee ,apanapaisa, moneystand, kreditbean, indloan, i have paid the money to the first two, but they have not updated the payment, instead they are using abusive language and threating me continously from various internet no. On whatapp, moreover, they had been sending abusive and pronographic msgs to my contact list, and the agents are asking for repayment again daily, so i filed a complaint in cyber cribe ahmedabad, all the mentioned above app has similar payment gateway, so now i m afraid to do the payment of the remaining apps. As i have gone through comment section in google play store of theses app, most and maximum people have been the victim like me. That means all these app do the same, first of all the interest rate is not under RBI GUIDELINES as well. They are charging 65℅ Apr, including processing fee,etc.
