Dear Sir Mam i am Chinmay Pattanaik I am regular customer of freopay loan app in 5th November I repay my exact bill amount 2866 through UPI payment option paytm app but after that freopay showeing dew with extra charges after 3 days today 7 November that bill amount automatically refunded to my account & still in u r freopay app showeing 2 days dew with extra charges rs 2936 but my actual amount repay amount is 2866 eny way today when I am trying to repay this amount then I have unable to repay & error show error is – Your previous repayment is in progress. Please wait 3 mins to start another repayment
But interesting fact is when I have trying to repay after 3 mins same problem faceing
I have allredy meling about this problem but response from u r company not a single call from u r service provider to me
After timely payment I am faceing unnecessary problem of overdue with extra charges so please solved it as soon as possible
Still last 3days I am facing this problem
