I am aState Govt. Pensioner and I have purchased a residential plot at Thalappara with my retirement benefits. But the Public road to the plot was totally damaged during flood 2018. The Thalayolaparambu Grama Panchayath is not doing the repair work of the Public road to my property. The public road is being used by other 20 families. As per provisions in section 169 of Panchayath raj act the the Grama Panchayath is responsible for repairing the public road.
