Sir,
I Jyoti Ranjan Swain with Tata sky no- 1146124522 living in cuttack. My antenna has been damaged by cycloan fani. I have complained your customer care 5 to 6 times since 20 days. Every time they said to resolve within 72hrs but no technician has came. I have repeatedly complained and same reply every time.
Kindly resolve my problem soon.
