I advised Vodaphone on the 1st of Feb 2021 that my handset had stop working correctly [the screen had gone black] therefore requiring repair
At this point i also advised that i had payed for insurance on this item to cover such instances , i was advised by a vodaphone agent that a bag would be sent to return the handset in within 5 days
After 7 days had passed i contacted Vodaphone again to ask what had happened to the bag [which till this day i have never had]
I was then told that a courier would call to collect the item which duly happen within the next few days 10th of feb
I had been advised that repair could take up too 10 days i waited but still no news of the handset so contacted Vodaphone once more to be advised that the warehouse receiving the handset had closed for 10 days
At this point i was assured that the handset should returned in 3-5 days
This time elapsed without the handset being returned on contacting Vodaphone again i was advised that the handset had not reached the repair shop yet a contridiction of what i had been told before but would be repaired and returned by 2nd March
Still no handset and on contacting Vodaphone told that it would take a further 10 days it is now the 24th of March still no one can tell me when my Handset will be returned repaired i have also complained on the phone and raised a complaint ref 16839787
Can someone please explain what is going on i have sent this by email as i will be taking further advise
